When is the Spring Alfalfa and Hay sale? Rainbow customers want to know! Unfortunately, the sale will be a little late this year, due to the wet weather conditions. Rainbow is working with our long-time alfalfa producer to secure quality alfalfa for the best price as soon as it is available, so keep an eye on our Facebook page and the newsletters for the date announcement!
The Lake County Horse Council and Rainbow Ag hosted a Horse Owners Workshop and Club Meet-and-Greet on April 25th, at Robinson Rancheria Casino. Many folks showed up to visit, learn more about Lake and Mendocino County horse clubs and associations and to hear Purina nutritionist Kelly Vineyard speak about equine nutrition and the Purina Research Center. Everyone who attended left with a complimentary bag of Purina Impact Hay Stretcher, and there were many great raffle prizes as well. It was a fun and engaging evening and we hope to do it again!
