Save on poultry supplies, attend an educational seminar and save on chicks during Rainbow’s annual celebration of everything Poultry. It’s a Poultry Party! Along with a variety of chicks (and some other poultry cousins), there will be fun crafts for the kids and the always-popular Egg Toss at the Ukiah and Lakeport stores, and Easter Bunny Dodge Ball at the Middletown location! Does your kitty get playful in this nice spring weather? Cats really do change their behavior with the seasons. After a long winter of sleeping and hanging out, the smells and sights of spring can spark up our cat’s natural curiosity. They also start shedding out the winter fur so be prepared for more hairballs. Frequent brushing can help your kitty shed out (and keep some of the fur out of your house). There are also special foods and supplements that are formulated to reduce hairballs. Not sure what products are right for your cat? Just ask one of Rainbow’s friendly staff.
