Well, you are surely noticing some changes here on the On the Right Lead Horse Newsletter! Rainbow Ag has updated the website and the email newsletters, so have a look around (and, pardon our dust as we finish the remodeling …). Web statistics show that over 50% of our readers view the website, and the newsletters, on mobile devices, and this change will make it easier to do so, and to share content with your friends or social media. As with any big move, there are bugs to work out, but we hope you will enjoy the improvements.
One change is that we are no longer hosting the Trading Post Classifieds. Please feel free to post for sale, announcements and items wanted on the Rainbow Ag sponsored Facebook page, Lake and Mendocino County Equestrians. Also, the Event Calendar has a new format, as a calendar that appears on each page of the Rainbow Ag website. Send your club, stable, or group events in and we’ll be glad to include them in the calendar, and feature them in the newsletters.
Some things won’t change – we still offer a monthly Subscriber’s Coupon – this month save 20% on Farnam Fly Sprays , and sponsor coupons – and the ever-popular Trivia Contest is here to stay.

Many owners have horses that need special attention, whether it’s a result of conditions like equine metabolic syndrome, obesity or Cushing’s disease — also known as PPID. And while it is very important that you work closely with your veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment and management of these conditions, there are measures you can take nutritionally to help support horses with these conditions.
