Rainbow Wags April 2026

Did you know that the third most popular companion mammal in the US, with approximately 1.1 million of them, are rabbits? Rabbits are intelligent, social animals, and also a long-term commitment as they live over a decade. They can be affectionate, entertaining and even trained! If you are considering a bunny companion, check out rabbit.org for tips and advice on bringing a bunny into your home.

And, you can join in Rabbit Days! Win a prize, have lunch, bid in a silent auction and learn all about Rabbits! Come on down to the Ukiah Rainbow Ag, Sunday May 3rd from 10 AM to 1 PM. This is a wonderful Rabbit and Cavy learning event for 4-H and FFA members, along with anyone interested in rabbits. Garrett Weaver of Ukiah FFA and Weaver Ranch Rabbitry and Kylie Osburn of Osburn Farm will teach you about rabbit and cavy showmanship and techniques, Kenzie Osburn and Grace Silva will share breeding techniques.
